Virtual Roundtables

We’ve had a steady group of MACA members join and contribute to the experience-sharing - Virtual Roundtables.  Leverage your MACA membership to be part of the conversation and join us for a 30 minute roundtable discussion.

We encourage bringing topics you want to discuss with the group.  Each roundtable there are standing topics as well, which include a continued discussion of back to work activities with more specifics around employee re-entry, remote working, merit/budgets along with other compensation and benefits changes.   This month we will focus on the discussion around raising the minimum wage to $15.00 by 2025, merit increases, incentive plans and possible vaccine incentives.
