Description of Program
As members we know that you want more Excel development.  As we all know, Excel makes our jobs a little easier.  So, let's develop each other!  Please join us for a hands-on tips and tricks session geared towards easing and speeding up your every-day comp work life.

  • Receive step-by-step instructions on Excel functions that will make your compensation work easier and more efficient.
  • View demonstrations of essential Excel tasks related to HR compensation work.
  • Compensation acronyms and the formulas to match them.


Presented By

Michael Mans is currently a Sr. Compensation Consultant at Froedtert Health.    Before that, he was a Compensation Program Manager at Aurora Health Care.  Michael has over 20 years of experience in human resources,  over 13 years with a primary focus on compensation.  Michael holds a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.  He was the President of MACA for the 2010/2011 program year and has previously been an active member of the MACA technology committee.
